**NEW ACCOUNTING FIRM**
This letter is to introduce ACMI as the accounting firm we have retained to carry out financial activities for the Enchanted Oaks Homeowners Association. We look forward to the opportunity to work with ACMI as they assist with our activities. ACMI has been retained to handle all of the association's financial activities. This will include invoicing for and collection of the yearly maintenance fee, receipt and payment of invoices from vendors who provide services to the association, assistance in preparation of the annual association financial forecast, assisting title companies in closing of home sales and retention of an up to date listing of home owners, preparation of resale certificates when requested, plus other related activities. Please note that ACMI will not be addressing or handling any other traditional management responsibilities i.e. deed restrictions, ACC requests or community activities.

Our mission is to provide up-to-date and informative news and information for the current and prospective homeowners and residents of the Enchanted Oaks subdivision.
Enchanted Oaks is located in Spring, Texas at Interstate 45 and Cypresswood Drive. An exclusive neighborhood, Enchanted Oaks is made up of 782 custom homes primarily built in the 1970's. Located in the highly acclaimed Klein School District, each school is within five miles of the subdivision.
The Enchanted Oaks Homeowners' Association, Inc. consists of a Board of Directors of volunteers who handle all aspects of governing the subdivision including maintenance, collection of the annual dues and deed restriction enforcement.
